以波特“钻石”模型理论为基础,从影响软件产业集群发展的生产要素、需求条件、相关产业与支持性产业、企业战略结构以及竞争、政府等驱动因素,分析并比较美国、印度、日本等主要国家软件产业竞争优势及发展模式。结合中国国情,提出针对我国软件产业发展模式的建议。

Based on "Diamond Model" theory, this paper analyzes and compares competitive advantages and development models of the national software industries in the USA, India and Japan from the perspective of the driving factors impacting cluster development, including production factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, business strategy structure, competition, and government, etc. Taking Chinese national conditions into account, this paper makes some suggestions for our country's software industry developing model.
