Based on explaining the existence of corporate financial risk of natural disasters, this paper elaborates the theoretical mechanism, loss type, nature, and object of corporate financial risk of natural disasters. The financial risk controlling measures based on the status quo of corporate financial risk of natural disasters are also provided.
