独立学院与申办方共享师资乃独立学院独有的现象,来自申办方的教师是独立学院师资队伍的重要组成部分,并在独立学院教学中起着举足轻重的作用。共享师资,有利于独立学院汲取申办方和社会的优质资源,但同时也容易使独立学院在教学管理上出现对共享师资的教学纪律无法进行有效监管,共享师资的教学质量无法得到有力保证等问题。通过创新人力资源管理体制,调动共享师资的创造性,加强教学质量监控,优化管理部门和管理人员的服务意识等措施,可在一定程度解决独立学院共享师资管理中出现的问题。

It is a unique practice that the self-managing faculties in universities share many of their teaching staff with their matrixes.These shared teachers constitute an indispensable part of the staff of such faculties and play a decisive role in the latter's teaching activities.While the sharing of staff proves an efficient way for self-managing faculties to make the best of their matrixes as well as other social resources,it tends to result in such problems as the difficulty in supervising the shared staff's classroom behaviors and the lack of a quality control system for their teaching.This paper argues that these problems can be solved through the innovation in the human resources management system,the encouragement of creativity on the part of the shared staff,the strengthening of the quality control system of teaching,and the improvement of the managerial staff's awareness of service.
