The differences between Chinese and foreign universities were investigated based on the organization structure analysis of modern university. By employing the characteristics of foreign modern university, a model of modern university organization design has been provided based on academic attribution combined with Chinese circumstance and the model will be the theoretic support for modern university system of China.
