The international finance crisis＇s impact, causes our country economic growth way reforming acceleration, the readjustment of the economic structure situation is stern. Anhui economic growth situation risk intensifies, investment actuation economical leading highlights once more. This article elaborated objectively the international finance crisis invests the influence which to Anhui Province grows, analyzed Anhui Province to guarantee a series of special operational policy measures which thoroughly the investment grew, and the effect which produced to these special op- erational policy measures carries on the analysis. To further advanced Anhui Province based on the investment growth theory and the economic growth isostatic theory to guarantee the investment moderate increase to put forward five countermeasure proposals.
