高住高练低训(HiHiLo)是在模拟高原训练一高住低训(HiLo)基础上发展而来的一种新兴的模拟高原训练方法,本实验以16名男性足球运动员为受试者,随机分为实验组(8人)和对照组(8人)。实验组接受运用低氧房模拟的3000米海拔高度的高住高练低训,对照组常压常氧居住、训练,追踪观察连续4周的训练期间受试者外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群的变化。结果显示,T淋巴细胞总数CD3^+在实验前后变化不大,运动训练决定其变化趋势,低氧对其有一定的影响;低氧暴露2周后T淋巴细胞亚群CD4^+和T淋巴细胞亚群CD8^+分别出现显著性下降和显著性升高,且均持续到实验结束;CD4^+/CD8^+的比值在低氧暴露2周后出现显著性降低,且持续至实验结束;两组的各值变化趋势相当,但HiHiLo实验组的机体免疫机能均低于对照组。

Hilo is recognized abroad by gym as a new high altitude training method. Sixteen male football athletes undertook this test, eight of them as experiment group, anther eight as comparison group. The athletes of experiment group are trained by HiLo in a low oxygen room up to 3 000 meters. The athletes of comparison group live and train in normal environment. Tracing observe the sixteen football athletes' T - lymphocyte and T - lymphocyte subsets in vein blood during four weeks training. The results showed that exercise is the most factor of the total T - lymphocyte CD3 variational, and the low oxygen is anther factor. The CD4 of the experiment group is the same to the comparison group. But the CD8 of the experiment group occur evidence change after endure low oxygen stimulate; it can be as a sensitivity guideline of high altitude training. There is marked difference between the two group' CD4/CD8. The immunity of athletes is impressed by the intensity and the quantity of received training.
