基于广义契约理论分析人本资本的构成，并根据资本资产定价模型的思想来计量人力资本价值；利用完全价值法来计量企业内生性的组织资本价值；利用传统的自由现金流贴现法计量企业价值，考虑关系资本的预期价值，再利用模糊综合评价法来调整经济组织价值并扣除人力资本价值、组织资本价值、物力资本价值后余额为关系资本价值。它为人本资本会计的价值计量属性研究提供理论依据。
基于廣義契約理論分析人本資本的構成，併根據資本資產定價模型的思想來計量人力資本價值；利用完全價值法來計量企業內生性的組織資本價值；利用傳統的自由現金流貼現法計量企業價值，攷慮關繫資本的預期價值，再利用模糊綜閤評價法來調整經濟組織價值併釦除人力資本價值、組織資本價值、物力資本價值後餘額為關繫資本價值。它為人本資本會計的價值計量屬性研究提供理論依據。

Based on the General Contract Theory, this paper analyzes the formation of humanism capital, and applies Capital Asset Pricing Model to the measurement of human capital value. Using total value method, it measures the endogenous organizational capital value. Traditional method of free cash flow discount is used to measure the value of economic organizations. Taking the expected value of relational capital into consideration, it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to adjust the value of economic organizations and deduct human capital value, organizational capital value and material capital value, and the balance is relational capital value. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of measurement of humanism capital value.
