本文研究表明,有很大一部分私营中小企业在特定的时期内并没有融资需求,因此,对中小企业融资困难问题应该做全面、系统的分析,在解决中小企业融资困境问题时,不要出现运动式贷款倾向,而是要致力于改善企业融资环境的公共平台建设。
本文研究錶明,有很大一部分私營中小企業在特定的時期內併沒有融資需求,因此,對中小企業融資睏難問題應該做全麵、繫統的分析,在解決中小企業融資睏境問題時,不要齣現運動式貸款傾嚮,而是要緻力于改善企業融資環境的公共平檯建設。
본문연구표명,유흔대일부분사영중소기업재특정적시기내병몰유융자수구,인차,대중소기업융자곤난문제응해주전면、계통적분석,재해결중소기업융자곤경문제시,불요출현운동식대관경향,이시요치력우개선기업융자배경적공공평태건설。
This research finds that many private small-and medium-sized enterprises（SMEs） have no financing needs in a specific period of time.Thus,a systematic and comprehensive analysis should be conducted to investigate the financing difficulties of SMEs.The tendency of sports-style loans should be avoided.It is worthwhile to improve the financing environment and promote the construction of public financing platforms.
