笔者运用1997年～2008年中国家庭债务和家庭资产积累的时间序列数据，定量分析了家庭负债和家庭资产积累的关系。研究发现，家庭债务和家庭资产积累存在同向的长期均衡关系，家庭债务的变动会影响家庭资产的积累。笔者提出促进家庭资产合理配置和防范中国家庭债务快速增长带来的消极后果的相关建议，旨在为决策部门制定合理的经济政策提供参考。
筆者運用1997年～2008年中國傢庭債務和傢庭資產積纍的時間序列數據，定量分析瞭傢庭負債和傢庭資產積纍的關繫。研究髮現，傢庭債務和傢庭資產積纍存在同嚮的長期均衡關繫，傢庭債務的變動會影響傢庭資產的積纍。筆者提齣促進傢庭資產閤理配置和防範中國傢庭債務快速增長帶來的消極後果的相關建議，旨在為決策部門製定閤理的經濟政策提供參攷。
필자운용1997년～2008년중국가정채무화가정자산적루적시간서렬수거，정량분석료가정부채화가정자산적루적관계。연구발현，가정채무화가정자산적루존재동향적장기균형관계，가정채무적변동회영향가정자산적적루。필자제출촉진가정자산합리배치화방범중국가정채무쾌속증장대래적소겁후과적상관건의，지재위결책부문제정합리적경제정책제공삼고。
Using the time series data about household debt and accumulation of household asset in china from 1997 to 2008, the authors make a quantitative analysis of the relationship between household debt and the accumulation of household asset. The findings indicate that there is a long -term equilibrium relationship between household debt and the accumulation of household assets in china and the changes in household debt affect the accumulation of household asset. The authors put forward some suggestions on promoting the rational allocation of household asset and preventing the negative effect of the rapid development of household debt in China in order to provide reference for decision - making departments making rational economic policy.
