For environment protection and sustainable development,it is important to effectively control the reverse logistics,or to optimize the closed-loop supply chain.The sensitivity of price to the quality of retailing and reversing in the consuming process is called reference effect.With reference effect considered or not,the optimal decision making policies under revenue-sharing contract mechanism are analyzed.Numerical examples are given to show how reference effect affects optimal decision making in closed-loop supply chain.
