对制造企业与物流企业的供应链物流外包合作问题构建博弈模型。分析论证了非合作均衡中,物流企业的物流服务质量缺陷率决定物流企业及制造企业收益。分析论证了合作均衡中,供应链收益大于非合作博弈收益。

The supply chain considered here is that a manufacturing enterprise outsources its logistics into a logistics company.A game theoretical model is developed to describe such a supply chain.Based on this model,service quality is analyzed.It shows that,with non-cooperative equilibrium,the profit for both manufacturing enterprise and logistics company depends on the service quality defect rate of the logistics company.It also shows that the profit obtained with cooperative equilibrium is greater than that obtained with non-cooperative game.
