研究了汽车租赁业中的战略车队规划问题,重点解决一个战略规划期内,租赁车辆的入队和出队时间、数量。借用车辆路径优化方法求得车辆调配过程所需专用运输车的数量及其路线安排,实现了车队资源的共享,提高了物流管理的效率。算例分析表明了模型和算法的有效性。

The problem of how to determine the number of in-fleet and out-fleet cars and their in-fleet and out-fleet times is discussed for the strategic fleet planning optimization problem in the car rental industry.An integer programming model is developed to determine the number of car transportation trucks and their routes to transport cars among the service centers.By this model,the cars can be effectively shared by the service centers and the transportation cost can be reduced.An example is given to test the effectiveness of the model.
