To promote the development of professional teachers by social software is a kind of valuable researching subject. This article discourses the concepts, classification and functions of the social software, analyses the importance of social software by which to promote the development of professional teachers. Through multi-levels analyzing and on the basis of professional teachers unfolds the educational narrative and action research by the aids of social software, the developing strategies of the professional teacher need to follow the methods: to cultivate the consciousness and ability of cooperation, to innovate the model of speciality of teaching major, to make efficient management of the knowledge and to integrate the researching capacity.
