通过对天津大学1-2年级体育必修课7112名大学生身体素质的摸底测试与问卷调查,结合2005年中国学生体质调研资料,分析当前大学生身体素质的基本现状及存在问题,为进一步推动普通高等院校体育教学与课程的改革提供依据。研究发现：1）调查对象身体素质总体水平比2005年全国及天津市大学生高,但普遍处于《国家学生体质健康标准》较低水平线上;2）耐力素质在调查对象不同年级之间具有明显差异,表现为随着年级的增长,呈下降趋势;男生调查对象的速度和爆发力素质随年级的增加有所提高,而女生调查对象则无明显变化;3）当前科学健身意识还比较薄弱,且对学校体育教学满意度偏低。

The study evaluates the physical condition of 7112 freshmen and sophomores from Tianjin University by tests and questionnaire.Based on the research on China＇s student＇s physical condition in 2005,it analyzes the basic condition and existing problems in the physical condition of the students.It finds that 1） the physical condition of the students in Tianjin University is at the lower level of the Standard of National Student＇s Physical Condition,though it is higher than that of other students in Tianjin and China;2） The endurance of the subjects is differentiate,decreasing from the first year to the second year in the college.Speed and power of male sophomores increase compared with their level in the first of college.But there is no evident change in the female students;3） the awareness of enhancing the health of students is lacking and the satisfaction to the P.E.course is relatively low.
