本文基于21类HS标准的面板数据,实证分析了汇率传递机制下浙江省出口商品的策略定价能力及其汇改前后的变动情况。结论显示:浙江省凭借低廉的要素成本优势,以贴牌代工方式,融入到全球价值链(GVC)的底部环节,专注于劳动密集型、微利化、低技术含量的生产、加工、制造或组装,从而表现为劳动密集型出口商品具备超强策略定价能力,技术密集型出口商品则无策略定价能力;汇率改革以后,产业集群推动了大部分出口商品策略定价能力的提高。因此,浙江企业在融入全球价值链(GVC),充分发挥劳动密集型出口商品策略定价优势,巩固已有的国际市场需求和份额的同时,应参与构建基于本土市场需求的国家价值链(NVC),促进专业化市场及产业集群的升级和可持续发展,提升高新技术产品策略定价能力。

Based on panel data of 21 commodities on HS standard, this paper calculates and analyzes the strategic pricing capability of Zhejiang' s exporting commodities in domestic currency and its corresponding transformation under exchange rate transmission mechanism. The analytical resuits indicate: taking advantage of the low element cost, by means of OEM and processing trade, Zhejiang' s industry has got involved into the bottom of the GVC and specializes in producing, processing and assembling labor-intensive and unskilled commodities with small margin. Consequently labor-intensive commodities manifest especially powerful strategic pricing capability, and in the meanwhile, technology-intensive commodities don' t possess any. Since exchange rate reforming, industrial clusters have boosted the pricing capability improvement on most exporting commodities. Taking ground of this, while getting integrated into GVC to make full use of pricing capability on labor-intensive products and solidify the existing intemational market share and demand, Zhejiang' s enterprises should involve into the construction of NVC based on the domestic demands to promote the upgrading and sustainable development of specialization markets and industrial clusters and to boost the pricing capability of high-tech products.
