行政裁决制度在防范化解社会矛盾方面具有许多优势，在我国目前社会转型、社会矛盾多发的情况下，应当充分发挥行政裁决机制的作用。我国立法机关应当适时制定《行政裁决法》，进一步完善我国防范化解社会矛盾的行政裁决机制。
行政裁決製度在防範化解社會矛盾方麵具有許多優勢，在我國目前社會轉型、社會矛盾多髮的情況下，應噹充分髮揮行政裁決機製的作用。我國立法機關應噹適時製定《行政裁決法》，進一步完善我國防範化解社會矛盾的行政裁決機製。
행정재결제도재방범화해사회모순방면구유허다우세，재아국목전사회전형、사회모순다발적정황하，응당충분발휘행정재결궤제적작용。아국입법궤관응당괄시제정《행정재결법》，진일보완선아국방범화해사회모순적행정재결궤제。
Administration judgment system is of much preponderance on preventing from and defusing social contradictions. At present, our country is going through social transformation and many contradictions burst out, for which we should fully play the role of administration judgment system.
