尼卡（Nikah）仪式是维吾尔族婚姻习俗中最重要的组成部分。从人类学有关仪式理论的角度对尼卡仪式的内涵。仪式与国家权力的象征关系以及仪式的时空维度进行不同层面分析，其意义在于使两性关系在国家法律的制度化层面上得到认可和保证成为可能，而且也是国民或公民身份的体现。

Nikah ritual is the most important part in the Uygur marriage custom. From the anthropological perspective, the paper analy- zes its implications, its symbolic relation with the state power as well as its spatial and temporal dimensions. Its significance lies in the fact that the sexual relationship has been recognized and guaranteed by the state law besides its embodiment of the citizenship.
