农村缺乏支撑产业是统筹城乡经济发展的最大障碍，发展休闲产业是促进城乡经济一体化的有效途径。在介绍休闲产业特性的同时，从城乡经济空间、市场、产业、企业和制度等5个方面分析休闲产业对促进城乡经济一体化的作用，在此基础上提出促进休闲产业健康发展的对策建议：完善产业支撑体系，建立现代市场体系，实施产业优惠政策，培育休闲龙头企业，统一城乡经济社会制度。

The biggest obstacle of coordinating economic and social development of urban and rural areas and achieving economic integration of urban and rural region is lack of supporting industries in rural areas. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of leisure industry, this paper analyzes the effects of leisure industry on promoting the integrative development of urban and rural economy from five aspects ： economic space, market, industry, enterprise and institution. Finally, several policy suggestions are put forwards to promote the development of leisure industry in China such as improving industrial supporting system, establishing modern market system, implementing preferential industrial policies, cultivating top leisure enterprises, tems. and unifying urban and rural economic and social systerns.
