“价值中立”原则在韦伯那里第一次得到明确提出与系统论证，并成为韦伯社会科学方法论的核心思想。但当前国内学术界对于韦伯“价值中立”思想存在若干认识误区，有必要从韦伯原著出发对其“价值中立”思想予以澄清，走出认识误区，并以“价值中立”作为我国学术从业人员的一种道德准则，纠正时下阻碍我国社科发展的泛道德化和不合理的功利诉求这两个主要障碍。

The ＂value neutrality＂ is for the first time to be hold clearly and demonstrated systematical by Max Weber and becomes the core of his ideas about social science methodology. However, a number of misunderstandings exist in the current domestic academia for Weber＇s idea. Therefore it is necessary for this paper to clarify his thought of the ＂value neutrality＂ basing on his original works and clear up the fallacies, take it as a moral standard for the academics and get rid of the obstacles of wide moralization and utilitarian appeal that set back social science development in our country.
