近年来，中国对东盟的直接投资增长迅猛，与此同时，双方进出口贸易额也保持良好的增长势头。文章首先从理论上分析了直接投资的进出口贸易效应类型，并建立面板数据模型，实证检验了中国向东盟直接投资对双边贸易有何影响，分析结果表明，中国对东盟的直接投资的双边进出口贸易效应类型都是创造型的。
近年來，中國對東盟的直接投資增長迅猛，與此同時，雙方進齣口貿易額也保持良好的增長勢頭。文章首先從理論上分析瞭直接投資的進齣口貿易效應類型，併建立麵闆數據模型，實證檢驗瞭中國嚮東盟直接投資對雙邊貿易有何影響，分析結果錶明，中國對東盟的直接投資的雙邊進齣口貿易效應類型都是創造型的。

In recent years, the direct investment from China to Association of Southeast Asian Nations was rapidly increased. Meanwhile, the import and export was also swift growth. This article first analyzed import and export trade effect types of the direct investment, established the panel data model, studied influence to the Bilat- eral trade of China invested to Association of Southeast Asian Nations. The conclusion is the direct investment to the import and export was the creation.
