As the mainstay of the national housing policy finance, housing accumulation fund loans has become the first choice for individual housing mortgages by the major urban workers and residents.However, as the credit scale is expanding,the loan risks are heightening continuously. This text points out we should be full aware of the problems in supervising and operating of housing accumulation fund loans and take effective measures positively to help its development steadily, support improving the housing conditions for people with powerful credit financing backing.
