司法鉴定在现代诉讼中所起的作用越来越大，鉴定意见日益成为协助法官分析、判断和审查证据材料。形成内心确信的得力助手。然而，诉讼活动对司法鉴定高度依赖却与公众对司法鉴定的信任偏低形成了强烈的反差。司法鉴定的社会公信力不足，直接影响了诉讼活动的顺利进行，妨碍到司法鉴定服务诉讼和促进司法公正目的实现。研究司法鉴定公信力的影响因素，在当前仍然具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。司法鉴定公信力受到多种因素影响，包括理念要素、体制要素、主体要素、程序要素、载体形式、监管要素等方面，其中理念是前提，体制是生命，主体是关键，程序是核心，载体是重点，监管是保障。

Judicial expertise is playing an increasing role in the contemporary proceedings, expert opinion has increasingly become a right-hand man, which helps judges to analyze and review the evidence, acquire the formation of intimate conviction. Litigation activities highly rely on expert testimony and the public hardly trust it in the sharp contrast. Expert opinion directly affects the smooth operation of the litigation activities, hindering the purpose of achieving justice because of lack of social credibility. It has still an important theoretical value and practical significance to study factors impacting on the social trustworthiness of judicial expertise. It is affected by many factors, including the Ideas, Institutions, subject, procedure, expressive form, Supervision, of which ideas is the premise, institutions is the life, subjects is the key, procedures is the core, expressive form is the stress, supervisions the guarantee.
