近年来,透明度已经成为货币政策主要的特征之一,提高货币政策的透明度正在演变为一个国际趋势。根据Geraats（2009）使用Dicer和Eichengreen（2009）收集的数据测算的E-G指数,发现世界范围内货币政策的透明度已经取得了显著提高,但实践中呈现出执行较高行政透明度和经济透明度,而实行较低程序透明度和政策透明度的变化趋势;同时,还讨论了与透明度变化趋势相适应的制度安排及宏观经济环境。
近年來,透明度已經成為貨幣政策主要的特徵之一,提高貨幣政策的透明度正在縯變為一箇國際趨勢。根據Geraats（2009）使用Dicer和Eichengreen（2009）收集的數據測算的E-G指數,髮現世界範圍內貨幣政策的透明度已經取得瞭顯著提高,但實踐中呈現齣執行較高行政透明度和經濟透明度,而實行較低程序透明度和政策透明度的變化趨勢;同時,還討論瞭與透明度變化趨勢相適應的製度安排及宏觀經濟環境。

Transparency has become one of the key features of monetary policy recently. The increase in monetary policy transparency has been running to a international trends.According to E-G index measured by Geraats which using data set collected by Dicer and Eichengreen（2009）,this paper found that there has been a significant increase in monetary policy transparency throughout the world. However,in practice,transparency about political and economic were already prevalent,procedural transparency and policy transparency remains quite opaque. Meantime,this paper would probe into institutional arrangement and macroeconomic environment of trend of transparency.
