No company can exist lonely in the market. It has to set up connections and cooperation with various interest - relative parties. The enterprise can not run in ideal society surroundings unless it obtains overall supports from all cooperative parties. From the view of the interest -relative theory, the paper analyzes successful operation of the Zhangliang Tunhe Company and the enlightenments it gives to other enterprises in Xinjiang.
