在我国汇率形成机制的改革过程中，由于汇率变动的不确定性、复杂性加大，外汇风险的防范和管理已成为现代企业必须面对和解决的重要课题。企业应当加强外汇管理人才的储备和培养，设置独立的外汇风险管理职能部门，制定完善的外汇风险管理政策，建立外汇风险管理信息系统，合理利用各种金融工具来抵御不同的外汇风险。

Due to the growing uncertainty and complexity concerning exchange rate changes, foreign exchange risk prevention and management has become a major problem for modem enterprises to resolve. It＇s suggested that enterprises attach more importance to reserving and cultivating talents good at foreign exchange management, set up an independent department for foreign exchange risk prevention, formulate foreign exchange risk management policy, establish information system for foreign exchange risk management, and make good use of financial instruments to control various kinds of foreign exchange risk.
