随着全球化进程的加剧,世界文化和经济发展对汉语和英语的倚重程度越来越高,母语为非拉萨语的康巴和安多方言区的双语教育面临的挑战也越来越大。文章通过对康巴方言区的丹巴县语言的使用情况以及藏汉、汉英双语教育现状进行调查,并对存在的问题进行分析后,认为:有效地实施双语教育,不仅需要学校教育在现有基础上做出一定的调整,还需要社区的配合。学校与社区一旦形成教育互动,双语教育就会取得事半功倍的成效。

With the globalization trend, the development of world culture and economy are depending on Chinese and English more than before. This makes great challenge to the bilingual education of Khampa and Amto dialect areas who do not speak Lhasa dialect. In the bilingual education system,the Students in bilingual education system of Khampa and Amto dialect areas have to study three unfamiliar langua ges: Lhasa dialect, Standard Chinese and English. Complex language study brings heavy burden to students. After the consideration on the survey results of the cluding local language use,local language need, the influence suggestions are put forward. First,school system should be Danba county in and effects of b Khampa dialect area,in- ilingual education, some adapted to local needs. Second,the relationship between schools and local communities should be reinforced. In this way,can the affect of bilingual edu- cation get a fully face the willing result and the bilingual education in Khampa and Amto Tibetan areas can success- challenge bring by globalization.
