提出一种基于粗糙集差别矩阵属性重要度的岗位评价方法,该方法充分考虑各个属性的重要程度,降低了打分的主观影响。从岗位的评价出发,根据评价体系赋值的属性重要度来确定岗位包含各种属性的权重,最后得出岗位的评价值,与传统方法采用的指标得分简单加权求和的方法相比,所提方法更具合理性。

In this paper,a new position evaluation method based on attribute significance degree of rough set discernibility matrix is put forward.The method considers every attribute significance degree and decrease the subjectivity of evaluation.Starting from the evaluation of position,the weights of attributes are figured out for each attribute according to the attribute significance degree of evaluation result system,and then the final evaluation for each position could be worked out.Compared to the traditional method based on simple weighting sum of each indicator,this new method is more reasonable.
