随着组织知识工作逐渐转向以团队为基础,需要对传统团队领导模式变革进行深层次的思考。近年研究表明,领导权可以在团队领导和团队成员之间共享,即共享领导。本文对知识团队领导模式变革的需求,共享领导的内涵与优势,共享领导模式的任务特征、团队成员特征、团队外部领导职能、培育体系以及共享领导对团队效能影响等方面进行系统概括和阐述,在此基础上,对共享领导模式未来研究方向作了展望。
隨著組織知識工作逐漸轉嚮以糰隊為基礎,需要對傳統糰隊領導模式變革進行深層次的思攷。近年研究錶明,領導權可以在糰隊領導和糰隊成員之間共享,即共享領導。本文對知識糰隊領導模式變革的需求,共享領導的內涵與優勢,共享領導模式的任務特徵、糰隊成員特徵、糰隊外部領導職能、培育體繫以及共享領導對糰隊效能影響等方麵進行繫統概括和闡述,在此基礎上,對共享領導模式未來研究方嚮作瞭展望。

knowledge work gradually transformed to be team -based, traditional leading model needs to be refound with deep thoughts. Researches in recent years show that leadership can be shared between team leader and other team members in ca ses that one possesses some critical knowledge and skills to cope with the problem confronting the team, then he or she could be a leader at the corresponding aspect. This thesis tries to generalize and illustrate the needs for refounding leading model in knowledge teams;the essence and advantages of shared leadership; the task traits, team members characteristics of shared leadership ; the teams' external leading function, the cultivation system and the influence on team efficiency of shared leadership.
