目前我国灵活就业群体的增长已经超过传统就业模式,但社会失业保险并没有随之变化。本文在对灵活就业群体失业状况的大量调研基础上,深刻分析了纳入灵活就业群体进入失业保险的相关问题,并对灵活就业群体失业保险的制度设计、操作原则提出明确建议。

At present, flexible employment is increased to 70% of the total new obtain employment. It means that flexible employment is more than traditional employment and becoming the main channel of employment growth. Unfortunately, social unemployment insurance did not change with the employment structure. Based on a large amount of investgation on the unemployment status of flexible employment groups, the paper deeply analyzes the related problems of the acceptance of flexible obtain employment group into unemployment insurance, and then provides clear suggestions on system design and operational principles for unemployment insurance of the flexible employment groups.
