农民工的体育参与与健康促进应得到全社会的关注。研究表明,制度性支持系统薄弱,社会组织支持匮乏,落后观念以及短视行为是导致农民工体育参与社会支持系统滞后的主要社会因素。基与此,研究认为农民工体育参与与健康促进社会支持系统应以政府为主导,政府是农民工体育参与支持系统的责任主体;以社区为纽带,开展活动,建立社区支持网络;以企事业单位为基础,以打造企业文化为导向,开展农民工体育;以工会、农民工体育俱乐部为依托,整合各种社会力量,营造农民工社会支持的公共空间。

It is the migrant workers＇ sports participation and health promotion that should be the concerned by whole society.The survey result shows that the main social factors which caused the social supporting system of migrant workers＇ sports participation lagging behind are the weakness of institutional support system,the lack of support of social organizations,and some backward ideas and short-sighted behaviors.Based on this,this study suggests that the social supporting system of migrant workers＇ sports participation and health promotion should conducted with the government as lead,for the government takes the main responsibility for the system;with communities as connection to carry out sports activities,and to build community supporting networks;with enterprises and institutions as base to carry out migrant worker＇s sports by way of creating corporate culture;with the labor unions and migrant workers＇ sports clubs as support to integrate all kinds of social forces,and to cultivate a public space for the migrant workers＇ social supporting system.
