目的:基于"肥胖炎症反应"(inflammation effect in obese)理论,通过对运动干预前、后肥胖者血清标志性炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6以及促炎因子NF-κB、SOCS-3等水平变化的分析,就运动抗炎效应做一探索性研究。方法:将苏州市某街道若干社区55-60岁肥胖女性居民共41名随机分为2组,以运动处方进行16周的有氧运动干预;干预前、后分别检测肥胖相关形态指标及炎症相关血液生化指标(TNF-a、IL-6和NF-κB、SOCS-3等)。结果:有氧运动干预后,肥胖者体重减轻、BMI和WHR减小的同时,其血清TNF-a、IL-6水平随之降低,有效改善了肥胖及其炎症状态;血清NF-κB、SOCS-3表达随之下调,HOMA-IR减小,有效缓解了胰岛素抵抗状态。结论:有氧运动干预对肥胖炎症状态具有良好的抗炎效应。

목적:기우"비반염증반응"(inflammation effect in obese)이론,통과대운동간예전、후비반자혈청표지성염증인자TNF-α、IL-6이급촉염인자NF-κB、SOCS-3등수평변화적분석,취운동항염효응주일탐색성연구。방법:장소주시모가도약간사구55-60세비반녀성거민공41명수궤분위2조,이운동처방진행16주적유양운동간예;간예전、후분별검측비반상관형태지표급염증상관혈액생화지표(TNF-a、IL-6화NF-κB、SOCS-3등)。결과:유양운동간예후,비반자체중감경、BMI화WHR감소적동시,기혈청TNF-a、IL-6수평수지강저,유효개선료비반급기염증상태;혈청NF-κB、SOCS-3표체수지하조,HOMA-IR감소,유효완해료이도소저항상태。결론:유양운동간예대비반염증상태구유량호적항염효응。
This paper makes explosive research on the anti-inflammation effect of exercise,which is based on the theory of inflammation effect in obese and via the analysis on the variation of the levels of serum symbolic inflammatory cytokines,TNF-α and IL-6,as well as pro-inflammatory factor,NF-κB and SOCS-3,pre-and post-aerobic exercise intervention of obese subjects.Methods:1)Forty-one obese women,aged 55-60 years old from one community resident of Suzhou,were divided into two groups for 16-weeks aerobic exercise intervention;2)To measure the indicators of obesity-related patterns and blood biochemical parameters related to inflammation(TNF-a,IL-6 and NF-κB,SOCS-3,etc.)pre-and post-exercise intervention;3)Mathematical statistics on the obtained data.The result shows that along with the declination of the weight,BMI and WHR,the level of serum TNF-a,IL-6 declined as well which lead to an effective improvement on the obesity and the inflammation after the aerobic exercise intervention;also the expression of the serum NF-κB,SOCS-3 is decreased,and HOMA-IR is diminished,which significantly alleviate the insulin resistance.It concludes that the aerobic exercise has an efficient anti-inflammatory effect on the inflammatory state of obesity.
