跨境教育多层次办学体现我国高等教育国际化开放的程度,也是我国履行WTO服务贸易条款的具体承诺。然而,多层次办学也对我国高等教育质量监管带来了难题,应从国家层面、地方层面、社会层面和办学主体或学校机构层面加强对高校多层次跨境教育的质量风险控制,注重多层次跨境教育质量风险信息反馈控制系统的建设,确保我国跨境教育健康有序和可持续发展。
跨境教育多層次辦學體現我國高等教育國際化開放的程度,也是我國履行WTO服務貿易條款的具體承諾。然而,多層次辦學也對我國高等教育質量鑑管帶來瞭難題,應從國傢層麵、地方層麵、社會層麵和辦學主體或學校機構層麵加彊對高校多層次跨境教育的質量風險控製,註重多層次跨境教育質量風險信息反饋控製繫統的建設,確保我國跨境教育健康有序和可持續髮展。

Multi-level cross-border education indicates the internationalization degree of high education in China,and it can be the specific commitments to fulfill the terms of WTO Trade in Services.Whereas,running cross-border education on multi-level has brought problems on quality regulation.To enchant quality risk control on multi-level cross-border high education should take consideration on national level,regional level,social level and institutional level,and emphasize establishment of quality risk feedback control system of multi-level cross-border high education information to ensure sustainable development of cross-border education.
