面对当前复杂多变的国际形势,中国应努力构建自身的文化外交战略。具体来说,发展文化外交新战略需要从思想层面和操作层面同时下工夫。在思想层面,中国必须要有明确的指导思想。在操作层面,中国必须要完善机构、机制,采取更多的措施来将此重大战略运用到实践当中,塑造、提升一个积极、正面的国家形象,让世界接受中国。
麵對噹前複雜多變的國際形勢,中國應努力構建自身的文化外交戰略。具體來說,髮展文化外交新戰略需要從思想層麵和操作層麵同時下工伕。在思想層麵,中國必鬚要有明確的指導思想。在操作層麵,中國必鬚要完善機構、機製,採取更多的措施來將此重大戰略運用到實踐噹中,塑造、提升一箇積極、正麵的國傢形象,讓世界接受中國。

In the face of the complicated and changing international situation,China should construct her own cultural diplomatic strategies.To be specific,development of new cultural diplomatic strategies should be attended to at both the theoretical level and the operational level.At the theoretical level,clearly defined guideline ideas should be developed.At the operational level,relevant organizations and mechanism should be improved and more measures should be taken in application of these ideas.In short,we should build up an active and positive national image in order to be accepted by the world.
