The process of knowledge management in virtual enterprise is a factor that can't be ignored, mainly base on the following two considerations. Firstly, knowledge management aims to severe the business process, and on the other hand, knowledge management is also related to the knowledge management process of knowledge acquisition, innovation, sharing and application etc. This paper attempts to start from the above two aspects to research on reference model of virtual enterprise knowledge management process
