在探讨了金融危机影响出口贸易机制的基础上，对金融危机前后我国出口商品的技术结构及竞争优势的变化进行了分析，研究表明：金融危机重挫了我国的出口，各类技术品出口都受到了一定的影响，但中技术产品所受的影响最大，其最先感受到金融危机、出口下降最剧烈以及出口复苏最慢，这说明了金融危机对我国比较优势“锁定效应”和导致出口结构的“弱化”。

Based on the discussion of effect of the Financial Crisis on mechanism of export, the paper analyses the variation of technical structure and competitive advantage of China＇ s exports during the Financial Crisis. The study shows that the Financial Crisis was a severe blow to China＇ s exports, and had a great impact on various technical exports. Furthermore, the medium-technology product was affected most seriously because it first felt the Crisis, and its export declined most dramatically but improved most slowly. This means that the Financial Crisis has a lock-in effect on comparative advantage of China＇ s exports and leads to the ＂weakening＂ of export structure.
