对实验对象进行为期4周的慢速降体重训练,减重方法为饮食控制和运动性失水。于训练前开始的前一天,第2周,第3周,第4周及比赛结束后的上午取肘静脉血,测定训练前及每周外周血液中的生化指标、内分泌激素指标和免疫指标的变化。结果:跆拳道运动员在慢速降体重过程中,体脂百分率下降,体重下降,背力和握力无明显变化,最大摄氧量在控制体重前后无明显差异;血红蛋白在比赛前下降至最低点。免疫球蛋白IgG水平逐渐下降;CD4+水平从第3周开始下降,第4周达到最低。CD8+水平从第2周上升,以后维持在此水平。CD4+/CD8+水平从第3周开始下降,第4周达到最低。结论:慢速降体重过程中,脂肪含量下降,而运动能力基本维持,血红蛋白水平下降,免疫机能下降。

대실험대상진행위기4주적만속강체중훈련,감중방법위음식공제화운동성실수。우훈련전개시적전일천,제2주,제3주,제4주급비새결속후적상오취주정맥혈,측정훈련전급매주외주혈액중적생화지표、내분비격소지표화면역지표적변화。결과:태권도운동원재만속강체중과정중,체지백분솔하강,체중하강,배력화악력무명현변화,최대섭양량재공제체중전후무명현차이;혈홍단백재비새전하강지최저점。면역구단백IgG수평축점하강;CD4+수평종제3주개시하강,제4주체도최저。CD8+수평종제2주상승,이후유지재차수평。CD4+/CD8+수평종제3주개시하강,제4주체도최저。결론:만속강체중과정중,지방함량하강,이운동능력기본유지,혈홍단백수평하강,면역궤능하강。
A four - week training of slowly reducing the weight through diet intervention and sports - induced dehydration is conducted among the research subjects. The blood in cubical vein is extracted on the day before the game, the second week, the third week, the fourth week and the morning after the game. Changes in biochemical indexes, endocrine hormones and immune indexes before the training and in each week are measured. Results : In the process of slowly reducing the weight, the body - fat percentage and weight of the Taekwondo player both decrease ; there is no marked change in the back strength and grip as well as the maximum oxygen intake before and after the weight control. In terms of biochemical indexes, hemoglobin level reaches the lowest point before the game; the level of immunoglobulin IgG gradually decreases ; the level of CD4+ decrease from the third week and reaches the lowest point in the fourth week ; the level of CD8+ increases from the second week and then maintains the same level ; the level of CD4+ and CD4+/ CD8+ begins to drop from the third week and reaches the lowest point at the fourth week. Conclusion : In the process of slowly reducing the weight, the fat content decreases, but the exercising strength is basically maintained; both the hemoglobin level and the immune function decrease.
