在处理民族文化的保护与旅游开发这对矛盾时，往往重开发，轻保护，使民族文化资源遭到了破坏。为了保护全国唯一的景宁畲族饮食文化这座宝库，避免无序开发，文章对浙江景宁畲族饮食文化在旅游开发中的开发原则、开发定位、开发思路三个方面进行研究，提出了“在保护中开发，在开发中保护”的具体措施。

The traditional practice of sacrificing cultural protection for tourist development has resulted in the destruction of national cultural resources.
