改革开放以来，特别是“十一五”期间，我国非公有制经济发展取得了一系列重大成就，但在非公有制经济理论研究、政策环境以及非公企业融资、家族企业治理等方面仍面临一些矛盾和问题。促进非公有制经济健康发展，必须深化对其本质属性的研究，打破行政垄断和政策掣肘，着力化解小型、微型企业融资难题，实现家族企业现代化并向纵向兼并重组转变。
改革開放以來，特彆是“十一五”期間，我國非公有製經濟髮展取得瞭一繫列重大成就，但在非公有製經濟理論研究、政策環境以及非公企業融資、傢族企業治理等方麵仍麵臨一些矛盾和問題。促進非公有製經濟健康髮展，必鬚深化對其本質屬性的研究，打破行政壟斷和政策掣肘，著力化解小型、微型企業融資難題，實現傢族企業現代化併嚮縱嚮兼併重組轉變。
개혁개방이래，특별시“십일오”기간，아국비공유제경제발전취득료일계렬중대성취，단재비공유제경제이론연구、정책배경이급비공기업융자、가족기업치리등방면잉면림일사모순화문제。촉진비공유제경제건강발전，필수심화대기본질속성적연구，타파행정롱단화정책체주，착력화해소형、미형기업융자난제，실현가족기업현대화병향종향겸병중조전변。
Since the reform and opening up, especially during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the non-public sectors of the economy in China have scored great achievements. However, we must be well aware that there are still quite a few difficulties and problems. The outstanding ones include the following, theoretical research and policy environment, financing system and family governance structure of the non-public enterprises. The healthy development of the non-public sectors of the economy in China should be fulfilled after deepening exploration of its essence, breaking down the administrative monopoly and policy constraints, solving financial difficulties of small and tiny enterprises, modernizing familyowned enterprises and switching to the vertical merger and combination.
