绿色贸易壁垒虽然给我国的农业出口制造了大量的障碍，甚至对某些地区造成了非常严重的负面影响，但从长期来看，绿色贸易壁垒能够通过降低农民对高残留化肥和农药的使用，改变农民的生产经营理念，促使农民实施标准化经营，提高农民生产的组织化程度，对我国的农产品生产和出口有一定的积极影响。文章在分析当前我国农民生产行为存在的主要问题基础上，提出了进一步规范我国农户生产行为的建议。

Although the green trade harriers has created a lot of obstacles to China＇s agricultural exports, even very serious negative impact to some region, yet, in the long run, the green trade barriers still have some positive impact on China＇s agricultural production and exports. Because it require farmers reduce using the high residue fertilizer and pesticide, so it can change farmers＇ production management philosophy, can prompt farmers implement standardized management, can improve the degree of organization of farmers. This paper has put forward some key recommendations that will further regulate the behavior of Chinese farmers by analyzing the current major deficiencies of Chinese farmer＇s production behavior.
