学习动机是激励大学生学习行动的内在原因。发奋进取的学习行为表现,是大学生具有明确学习目标需求和良好学习积极性的体现。对地方性高校浙江省A大学802名大学生的实证分析(回归估计)表明,教师综合素质、学校教学管理和学生学习环境等系列因素,均程度不同地影响着在校大学生的学习行为与学习积极性;大学生在校期间的兼职活动,有助于提高他们的学习成绩,增加其乐观的就业预期。建议地方高校进一步确立服务地方发展的办学理念,大力加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,切实重视大学生的入学指导工作,积极创造大学生参加社会实习的条件,不断提高人才培养质量和学生就业能力,持续激励和强化学生优良的学习行为。

Learning motivation is the underlying cause of inspiration to college students' behavior. Those who are positive about their school-learning have clear study goal and leaning enthusiasm. Based on the sample survey of 802 college students from a local university in Zhejiang province, this thesis conducts an empirical study. The study shows the factors that influence the positive learning and learning behavior of the college students include teachers' comprehensive quality, administration factors and learning environment, etc. Part-time job experience may help the students to make progress in their study and to show confidence and optimism in hunting a job. Thus our suggestions are as follows : local institutes of higher education should further develop the concept of serving the economic and social development of local regions, strengthen the construction of "dual-qualification" teaching staff, pay more attention to students' enrollment guidance, offer help to the students on social practice, improve education quality and students' employment capability and encourage students to perform good learning behavior.
