文化对节事品牌及其可持续运行起到至关重要的作用,整合与提升节事旅游,需要开发由空间、人文、历史及经济构成的文化资本,构筑良性互动的政府部门、企业、非政府机构和民间等社会资本框架,并通过激活与整合旅游资源、创意与革新节事模式,开发传统节俗与文化、强调民间与公众参与等策略加以充分运作,以弘扬传统民俗、节庆与文化,促进现代节事的健康发展.
文化對節事品牌及其可持續運行起到至關重要的作用,整閤與提升節事旅遊,需要開髮由空間、人文、歷史及經濟構成的文化資本,構築良性互動的政府部門、企業、非政府機構和民間等社會資本框架,併通過激活與整閤旅遊資源、創意與革新節事模式,開髮傳統節俗與文化、彊調民間與公衆參與等策略加以充分運作,以弘颺傳統民俗、節慶與文化,促進現代節事的健康髮展.
문화대절사품패급기가지속운행기도지관중요적작용,정합여제승절사여유,수요개발유공간、인문、역사급경제구성적문화자본,구축량성호동적정부부문、기업、비정부궤구화민간등사회자본광가,병통과격활여정합여유자원、창의여혁신절사모식,개발전통절속여문화、강조민간여공음삼여등책략가이충분운작,이홍양전통민속、절경여문화,촉진현대절사적건강발전.
Culture plays an essential and significant role in the brand of festivals special events(FSE) as well as its sustainable development.For the sake of consolidating and promoting the FSE tourism,it is imperative to develop the cultural capitals composed of the regional,human,historical and economical capital in tourism destination,and to frame a benignant and two-way reciprocal framework of the social capitals embracing governmental departments,enterprises,non-government organizations and civil communities.Meanwhile it is indispensable to promoting the traditional folk customs,festivals,culture and modern festivals and special events by means of activating and consolidating tourist resources,originating and innovating event pattern,exploiting traditional festivals and culture,highlighting social and public enfranchisement and other alternative strategies to the full.
