主体参与是课堂教学中培养学生主体意识和能力的1种教学策略.高校健美操教学应激发学生的参与兴趣,拓展学生的发展空间,创造学生参与的机会,搭建学生参与的平台,师生之间、生生之间相互沟通、相互交往共同实现自身价值,通过主体参与调动学生学习热情,满足学生的表现欲、发展欲,培养学生创新能力.

Subject participation is one of the classroom teaching strategies aiming at cultivating students’ subject consciousness and subject abilities.Aerobics teaching in colleges should arouse the students’ interest,expand their spaces for development,create chances for their participation,and construct a platform by which teachers and students and students themselves could communicate and associate with each other so as to achieve their value.Meanwhile,it needs to stimulate students’ enthusiasm through subject participation,satisfy their desire of expression and development,thereby cultivating their innovation ability.
