从大连的自然资源、运输条件、水产业的产业组织结构与产业规模三个方面，分析大连水产业的基本特征和比较优势。从我国水产业的消费特征和市场容量角度对大连市水产行业发展的政策进行分析，通过比较分析，提出发展大连水产业的对策和建议。

This thesis analyses the basic characteristics and comparative advantages of DaIian＇s aquatic products industry from such aspects as Dalian＇s natural resources, transportation condition, and the industrial organization structure and the scale of Dalian＇s aquatic products industry. Analyzing the development policies of Dalian＇s aquatic products industry from the perspec- tive of consumption characteristics and market capacity of China＇s aquatic products industry, this thesis put forward counter-measures and suggestions to Dalian＇s aquatic products industry.
