实验采用四步混凝法探讨油田回注水处理剂及其工艺流程。结果表明该水处理工艺简单,水处理剂成本低,流程改动少。处理后水中的悬浮固体、总铁和含油量分别达到2.0mg/L、0.43mg/L和1.4mg/L;硫酸盐还原菌和腐生菌均为102个/mL;浊度降到0.2Ntu;平均腐蚀率降到0.037mm/a;处理后水符合油田回注水水质标准,并且水质稳定。

Oilfield reinjection water treatment agent and its process has been treated by using four-step Coagulation-Flocculation method.The results showed that water treatment process easy,low-cost water treatment agent,flow changes less.Through treatment,the concentration of suspended substance,total iron and oil content reached to 2.0mg/l,0.43mg/l and 1.4 mg /l respectively;SRB and TGB declined to 102 germs per liter respectively;turbidity reduced to 0.2 Ntu;the average corrosion rate reduced to 0.037 mm /a;treated water meet water quality standards for oil field injection water,and water stability.
