北京农业在贡献着巨大的生态环境服务价值的同时，农民直接获得的却只是不到6％的农业经济价值和经济服务价值。理论与实践都期待着北京农业生态补偿机制的建立与实施。几年来，北京市山区生态林补偿机制实施效果显著，为在北京全面推行农业生态补偿机制进行了十分必要的探索。尽管如此，“生态补偿机制”还有待于进一步完善，国内外正在探索的碳交易制度将为完善北京农业生态补偿机制提供新的视角和思路。

The farmers who have made significant contributions to the value of ecosystem services of Beijing only get less than 6% of the total the economic value of agriculture and the economic value of agriculture. Agro-ecological compensation mechanism is expected to be developed and implemented in the near future from both theoretical and practical perspective. Beijing started to implement Mountain Ecological Forest Compensation program, which has been effective in improving the environment over the past few years. The new carbon-trading system will provide some new perspectives and ideas to agro-ecological compensation mechanism.
