중국 성진화 역정 특점 추세

我国很早就有城市的雏形,然而由于受经济社会发展的约束与限制,新中国成立前根本谈不上城镇化发展,只是少数城市的畸形繁荣。按照城镇化发展水平与动力的不同,新中国成立后我国城镇化发展大致分为五个阶段。我国城镇化发展表现出六大特点：城镇化发展波浪起伏,城镇化发展落后于世界水平,城镇化发展滞后于工业化,城镇化发展早期以中小城市为主,城镇化发展以政府推动为动力,城镇化发展区域不平衡。运用相关模型预测了我国城镇化发展的未来趋势。

China has city rudiment very early, but, due to the constraint of economic and social development, not to mention the development of urbanization before liberation, there have been only a small number of cities abnormal prosperity. According to different level and power of urbanization de- velopment, China＇ s urbanization roughly divided into live stages after liberation. China＇ s urbanization development shows six characteristics： the process of urbanization development is lumpy, urbanization level lags behind the world~ level and industrialization development, small and medium - sized eity~ development have priority over big city in the early stage, the Government＇ s push is the driving forces, urbanization development has regional imbalance. Using relevant model orediets the future trend of Chinag urbanization.
