Small and medium-sized OEM enterprises were influenced greatly in financial crisis. Besides reduction of market demand, labor-orientated strategy which the enterprises employed consistently is another key reason. To swift the way of strategic thought, grasp the new market opportunities, develop suitable strategy to increase competitive competence, and plan for sustainable development is essential for those enterprises.
