壳寡糖与葡萄糖反应,在pH 2.9~11.0内,碱性增加,反应加快;在40~95℃内,温度升高,反应加快。所得接枝产物溶于水,比壳寡糖有更强的抗氧化能力。
殼寡糖與葡萄糖反應,在pH 2.9~11.0內,堿性增加,反應加快;在40~95℃內,溫度升高,反應加快。所得接枝產物溶于水,比殼寡糖有更彊的抗氧化能力。
각과당여포도당반응,재pH 2.9~11.0내,감성증가,반응가쾌;재40~95℃내,온도승고,반응가쾌。소득접지산물용우수,비각과당유경강적항양화능력。
Chitooligomers reacted with glucose.The reaction rate increased with the increased pH in the range of pH 2.9~11.0.The reaction rate increased with the increased temperature in the range of 40~95℃.The obtained products were soluble in water,and had stronger antioxidation than the chitooligomers.
