Deciding on what conditions the employers' can exercise their power of dismissing migrant workers directly influences the interests of both parties. In views of the disadvantaged status of the migrant workers,the employers' power of dismissal must be specified by public authorities so as to realize a favorable allocation of legal rights to the two transaction parties and protection of migrant workers' right to work.
