本研究从西部重庆市、陕西省抽取2057名农民工作为调查对象，收集基本数据，运用医疗保险费用测算模型分别测算补偿门诊费用、住院费用的人均筹资额，并编制出人均筹资额与报销比例检索表。从测算结果看，农民工医疗保险应考虑农民工的收入低、流动性大等实际情况，确定合理的报销比例，并让政府和企业在其中承担相应的筹资责任。
본연구종서부중경시、합서성추취2057명농민공작위조사대상，수집기본수거，운용의료보험비용측산모형분별측산보상문진비용、주원비용적인균주자액，병편제출인균주자액여보소비례검색표。종측산결과간，농민공의료보험응고필농민공적수입저、류동성대등실제정황，학정합리적보소비례，병양정부화기업재기중승담상응적주자책임。
This study extract 2057 samples from the western city of Chongqing, Shaanxi province, then collect basic data, use the mode of estimating medical insurance costs to estimate the amount of per capita funding of workers＇ outpatient cost and hospital charge under different combinations of the proportion of hospital cost. Then Build a table which is about the per capita amount financing and reimbursement rate. Based on the estimation result and the migrant workers＇ features, the migrant workers＇ medical insurance should have appropriate proportion of compensation, the government and enterprises should also undertake corresponding obligations.
